enabling plesk acces when domain is not published

I was wondering if there was a way to allow plesk access to a single domain without the domain being published yet.

Currently I have a project that is being developed behind my company domain in a development directory. However, the database we are using is listed under the domain that it will eventually publish on.

One of the programmers needs access to phpmyadmin and I am not completely comfortable with giving them access to all the domain under my account just to get to it. They cannot simply go the domain login because it is currently pointing to a different server until we are finished.

to recap: What I'd like to do is give them access to phpmyadmin for the domain without giving them full access to all the domains in my account. Is this possible?

Currently I just changed the password until they are finished and have my fingers crossed that they stay in only the domain they should be in. I trust them but accidents happen.

Thanks in advance.

As long as the domain is listed in Plesk, you can provide them with domain access. Click on the domain you wish to provide them access to and click "Domain Administrator". Enter a password for the domain (username is the domain itself). Place checkmarks in the items you want them to be able to access and click "OK" at the bottom of that page.

Give thhe domain administrator the username (domain name) and password. They will be able to access the domain under Plesk with the abilities you enabled.

Hope this helps!
