Plesk: Subdomain File Manager Access

Hi HN gang,

I'm stuck behind a firewall at work and therefore can't FTP to my website. I thought I could "stick it to the man" by using Plesk's in-built file manager to upload the few files I needed to change.

Everything was going as planned until I tried to access my subdomain's httpdocs and was told that permission was denied.

How do I get in there? It's my subdomain! Please lemme in!

Plesk's File Manager works on FTP permissions so if you've set the subdomain to use a different FTP username the File Manager can't access as it uses the main FTP credentials. You could set the subdomain to use the main FTP login temporarily to fix your access.
