webaliser stats

It doesn't look like anyone else has this problem.
I login, go to my domain, go to Reports, go to webstats, click that and it goes no-where. It used to show my stats.
I tried webalizer preferences, but don't understand Hidden Referrers or Grouped referrers.

Help!

I believe it comes up in a type of pop-up so try disabling your pop-up blocker. On FireFox it tells you when something is blocked and gives you options.

You are absolutely right. I even thought of that myself too. But Firefox hadn't blocked it before.

Good morning,

I just went into my account and the web stats function no longer works.

It just brings me to FTP stats, etc. but not to my actual stats as far as page views, referrer, etc..

Popups are not blocked and no error messages are shown.

Hope someone can help me out with this as I need to keep track of who and where.

I am on Callisto.
