Backing up domain files in plesk?

Is it possible to backup a website files for moving/archiving from within plesk? I know CPanel has an option to gather all the files and then download a .gz or .zip file. Is there an option in Plesk to do the same?

Reason I'm asking is that I have a domain that I'm taking offline and I need to get to the files to back them up. My FTP is borked for some reason and I can't get past a 'waiting for welcome message' when trying to FTP. I was wondering if I can just backup the files from within Plesk's control panel.

thanks.

Is that why I can't find the backup icon on plesk?

I'm wanting to download the latest version of word press and change my template. Don't want to do that without backing up.

See post above - backup used to be buggy, so it was disabled. Perhaps it sill is buggy... raise a ticket and they'll let you know.

Anyhow, if you've not done a backup for a while, you want one you can read and deploy on another server and/or read as plain text. It would be best to download the files and database periodically anyway through a manual process.
