Setting Limits

I am trying to update the validity period of one of my customers.

I changed the date and I changed their space as warned.

I am not allowed to update because I can't get it to accept the Maximum amount of traffic no matter what I put in for a value.

I am way below my limits for space and traffic on my reseller account.

I've tried everything.

I put in a ticket but nothing yet.

I am afraid I will have this client shut off while I am on vacation and this is not good.

Anybody?

Lee,

All that will happen is you get an e-mail warning you that client is over limits; the client won't even know. So son't panic and let the tech sort it out (they probably just need to change a permissions thing for you)

Right but it also shuts off the domain if the validity period can't be updated.

And you can't get the validity updated if you are "exceeding maximum" limits

It's a mess.

No reply from Tech Sup on either ticket.

I'm starting to panic.

I didn't know it shut off the domain.... damn. That does make it more ugrent.

24 hours for a ticket is unusual, try raising it again - really stress the fact that you're about to have a domain cut off this time. Then escallate if not solved.
