Database Backup

Hi,

I am attempting to backup my database on Plesk and I am getting the following:

Error: dbbackup failed: Unable to backup database 'Nameofdatabase'
The system cannot find the path specified.

Can we get this fixed?

If you've not done so by now, raise a trouble ticket. Looks like a mis-configuration of PHPMyAdmin.

Hi Rob, Thanks. I think though that this is part of the Plesk Panel rather than PHPMyAdmin. It is in the Services => Databases => "pick database" => Tools => Back up Now Icon. PHPMyAdmin is the WebAdmin Icon. The above Error message was received using "Back Up Now"

Absolutely. We have a new level of access to Plesk support these days so alot of niggling Plesk bugs that we could never fix are all getting fixed. Parallels support are being fantastic.

try to store your important documents in other drive or make an image file of ur data & reinstall it from that 1

Nothing that I know of.....
