Special thanks to Laurence this time - I should have said this before.

It was a lucky day for me nine years ago when I ran across Laurence in a forum somewhere and discovered his business.

I've been a happy member of HN since then. Often I hear of horror stories on the web with awful hosts, enough to make your blood run cold, how lucky can I be?

It's not just the excellent hosting, it's the manner in which Laurence treats his clients. I'm not just a number here, I'm a member of a community and I should remind myself every day of my good fortune

Here, here. Long time no chat, Susanna, but I feel the same way as you do. Been here now since 2002, and I remember you scared me when I first encountered you on the forum, but I soon followed your posts with interest, shared lots of laughs, and learned much along the way. Mike was so welcoming, and NexDog...well, it was a lot of fun to find out what he was going to get up to next. Still is, come to that.

My sites are doing phenomenally well, and I knew no HTML at all when I arrived at HN. I owe much of that success to Laurence, Mike, yourself, and all the others on the forum that helped me out so many times.

Thanks for the reminder of the solid support we all have behind us here at HN. It's been a great run and I'm looking forward to many years ahead.

I also give thanks to Laurence. I still check the forums, but everything seems to just be running so smoothly, there's never any chatter! Congratulations to the team, and let's hope the ships keeps sailing so smoothly.
