My Father Passed

My father passed tonight at 11PM and I'm beside myself as to what to do next. I have a place to stay until the 4th of August, then I'm homeless again. Unable to find work and I'm praying for a miracle. Please keep me in your prayers.

I don't know you...I just clicked on the thread when I logged in this evening. But I thought I'd offer you my condolences with regard to your father and my best wishes regarding your job search. I live in Europe now, so I'm not entirely in touch with the state of affairs in the 'States, but my impression is that times are pretty tough...even in careers where people thought demand would never dry up.

Thanks everyone. I've just about got things straight for my father. Wish I could I find somewhere to go, crash on someone's couch or even the floor. Trying to avoid sleeping in the park or on the streets.

As if it's not bad enough losing your father, you also have added worries and fears for your future

I just popped in after a long time away, but I remember all the help and support that you have given us here, and I have to believe in karma. I'm very sorry to hear about your father, Mike, and I hope all works out for you in the future.
