Love the blog

I finally took the time last night to read through the new Hostnexus blog, or should I say, Laurence's blog? It is very informative and I really enjoyed it.

I didn't know what a gravatar was, since I am a Laurence proclaimed dinosaur, but I do have two Wordpress sites that they are disabled on. I ran over and got a gravatar for myself and will be enabling them on both sites.

I also loved the SEO blog and look forward to more posts on this subject.

As for the Twitter post, I did go over and take a look at that place to see what all of the fuss was about, it totally lost me and I didn't understand the point at all. Laurence's post really helped me out there.

If you haven't read the blog, it is worth your time. I subscribed to it in my Google Reader, so I won't miss a thing.

Cheers, Vicky. Would be nice if other team members posted but it's not something I'm going to be enforcing so yep, pretty much my blog I guess.

BUT!

If anyone wants to contribute, just let me know. Would be happy to have some guest posters. Blog articles should be of interest to HN members and as that client base is so diverse there really is alot we could cover. For me SEO is a natrural choice as I know something about it and everyone at HN has a site and many have an interest in SEO.

But also would love to see some toungue-in-cheek articles about sites and apps we use (such as my Twitter post). I've been trying to get into Digg lately but that place is a hard work. Might write something about that place.

Absolutely. If it's something that is relevant to the blog in general (web developement, social media, web design, web hosting) - anything internet related or "geeky" I guess you could say.

If anyone has ideas just PM me.

I'm really finding it hard to find time. I knew it would be hard but I'm going to try and write twice a week at least. It's working well for server maintenance announcement though.
