Hello everyone,

Not sure if I've already replied to this post in the past but here I go again. I've never stayed with a host for more than 2 years due to problems etc. but I'm now on my 4th year with HostNexus. Sure, there have been problems like with any other host, and I have been to the point of almost canceling my account, but HostNexus managed to correct what was wrong and bounced back to what it was when I first started with them. I have not had any serious problems on Photon for at least a year so that's good news. That's the reason I have not been active on the boards, otherwise you would have read my complaints. hehe. One thing I do miss from when I first signed up is the Live Chat. Yes, it's back, but the few times that I've been on this site, I did not see anyone online.

I would like to thank Laurence, Mike and any other tech support person that has helped me in the past. Cheers!

Live Chat is almost 24/7 but not quite. I'll try and get on more to fill in the blanks.

Most nights support is there - Sales is generally greyed out. I'm guessing Laurence needs to sleep sometime

As for the techs, they always seem to be on so I've never had any issues. That and they always seem to solve whatever problem I have pretty quickly, and it's been the same group of guys for years - which in this industry is pretty rare. So kudos for finding a solid staff that is so helpful - it sets HostNexus far ahead of everyone else

*waves* I've been with HN now for 7 1/2 years, and still "pimp" this place to anyone I know looking for hosting. Have a coworker who may be joining soon for a ColdFusion hosting package :-) Sporadic in posting and reading the forums these days, due to dealing with the joys of owning my first house (been here 1 year now, still having really finished unpacking!), work stress, and the like. But I'm still around and still love HN.
