It's been a while since an announcement so I thought I'd let everyone know about what has been happening at HostNexus and related sites.
Since the last official announcement in this forum way back in April, we have added 10 servers to our network, employed a remote backup system for Plesk Linux servers, added new servers to our Mail Shield gateway, replaced 4 aging servers with brand new state-of-the-art technology and welcomed over 500 new clients to HostNexus and ResellerNexus!
Development at the Nex is continually evolving to meet the demands of clients and technology and we still have a lot to do. The latter half of the year will focus on technical support staffing levels and restructuring. But we also intend to replace 5 more of our older servers and employ a remote backup solution for our Windows servers.
In July and August we are going to be doing some major internal restructuring to ensure technical support continues to run smoothly as we grow and to improve certain areas of service.
Our first addition to the Nexus family is Jason Neves who will be taking over day-to-day operations of RellerNexus (Cpanel service). Many ResellerNexus clients will have already met Jason on the support desk and attest to his skills. Jason is based in New Jersey (just around the corner from the data center) and promises to shake up the cpanel servers with added security measures, updates, upgrades and replacements.
August will see the addition of new Plesk Linux and Plesk Windows techs and the addition of Plesk Windows dedicated servers to our service offering.
