OK the SSL is not working.

Am I the only one who is still concerned about this?

(We just announced this site yesterday to our offices, now
they are calling in to ask why it is dead.)

We will be bringing SSL support back online in 24-36 hours. It seems as though only 2-3 people have been affected by this which while regretable is better than the previous solution of removing 100 sites to stop Apache crashing.

It took alot longer than previously thought but SSL has finally been brought back online on this server (Beta) and all looks good.

Thanks to all affected for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately i was the one who's most affected. a LOT of critical data has been lost!..not entirely hostnexus' fault though....the bounce backup was corrupted (great timing!!) my unlimited domains package has been limited to 200. i can't afford the dedicated server right now! and basically i don't know what do to
and to top it all.. there's ben some problem at NetSol and my Crypt-PW isnt working and i can't change most of the DNS

Hi Amit,

We have now agreed to cap your account at 250 domains which is probably using over a third of Apache's resources. We mean "unlimited" in the broadest sense but if an account is affecting the server performance, steps do have to be taken. I have seen resellers with 50 domains go to a dedicated box and it's just unfortunate that hosting prices in India are so low to fight the competition. As I said in a previous email, I want to see you succeed in every way possible. Your success is our success after all, which is why I agreed to host 250 domains for you and rethink our position when you reach that limit. Of course we actually lose money on your account but that is not so important to us.

As for you losing data, that is a little unfortunate. You did give me permission to delete the domain in question. The fact that last Sunday's backup wasn't completed on Beta is our responsibility and I apologize for this unfortunate chain of circumstances. That back up drive has since been replaced and health checks carried out on all servers and their back ups to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I feel for you and your problem at NetSol. Try and phone them directly to resolve this matter.
