Our USA office will be closed on Thursday, November 25, 2004 in order for our USA employees to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with thier families.
However; both of our datacenters will be manned with staff 24/7, and our technicians will still be available from our offices in Japan, Romania, India, Australia and British Columbia. So you will not experience any support downtime.
Our Christmas holiday hours have not yet been determined. We will keep you informed when we make a decision.
