After investigating the cause of two outages the other day we have discovered a switch on one of our racks is failing and needs to be replaced immediately. I have scheduled this maintenance window for Friday night which is effectively Saturday 2am US EST. Estimated timeframe for this maintenance window is 30 minutes but please be prepared for a longer downtime event.
Not all clients will be affected but if you were affected by the last outage then this would apply to you. Many thanks for your understanding.
