Private Racks Installed - Move Schedule

I just sent the following to everyone in our client list:

To all of our valued customers,

As you are aware, we have been talking about moving all of our servers to our own private racks and routers, at the DedicatedNow datacenter. We are finally prepared to make the move. The new racks have been installed and configured. No longer will we have to rely on or share resources with other datacenter clients. This is great news for you and strengthens our comitment to you.

The move will happen in three (3) phases. This will enable us to make this as smooth and error free as possible. The first phase will include all of the servers I have listed below. The moves will take place at 10PM USA Eastern Standard Time, tonight Monday the 8th, Tuedsay the 9th and Wednesday the 10th. We expect each server may be down up to 30 minutes, but please allow for a bit longer time just in case. The technicians will also add a secondary network card in each server for the private network backup servers that we are also installing.

The following servers will be moving tonight. We will email everyone tomorrow with that list. We want to make sure this evenings move goes as expected.

I just sent the following update to everyone:

We are just about finished with Phase One of the rack move. All in all the move has gobe extremely well. In fact, the only issue we discovered was that it took quite a bit longer to accomplish than we originally expected. Because of this, the last ten (10) servers on the list to be done in Phase One, will be done in Phase Two. These servers are:

sicyon.6sigma.us(cygnus.cierawebdesign.com)
thebes.ftpfcedge.com
ganymede.dns-shield.com
forum.riderfans.com
troy.blacklabelhosting.com
argos.soush.com
peleus.stewartlenderservices.com
ibm51.supporto24.com
backup2.hostnexus.com
phoebe.kalitehosting.com

We will add these to the Phase Two list which was much shorter anyhow. Look for an announcement on that later today please.

If you are on one of the servers that was moved and find any issue, please let us know by submitting a support ticket. We will check it out immediately. You may notice some increase in speed and performance now that you are on our own private racks and routers.

Thanks again for your continued patronage and cooperation!

Regards,

Update regarding the move: (this is from Bogdan Fetita, MCP, our lead Wintech)

While moving some other server to the new rack, one of the on-site techs
knocked out the power cable for both Photon and Baryon.

Baryon is fine, the RAID volume is also fine, but Photon's NTFS volume is
corrupted on drive D:
I have stopped all the services and I'm running chkdsk d: /F /R /X This
will take a few hours during which d: has been unmounted, so all services
have been stopped.

We're checking the server and should be up as soon as the check is done.

Shouldn't Epsilon have been in that list someplace? Am I missing something?
