Deimos appears to be suffering from various issues at the moment. These range from spotty connectivity to severe mail problems. I have asked the data center to take the server down and re-examine its new cabling from today's server move and I anticipate a speedy solution to the problems.

Sigma evidently is suffering from hardware issues and our data center techs are currently assessing the situation

Please bear with us while we troubleshoot the issues and I thank you for your patience

Plesk seems to be down for Photon. Is this related to the move? I tried to submit a ticket, but the ticket system is not responding neither.

Plesk error:

Client Id is undefined.

psaerror(string 'Client Id is undefined.')

The rack move is now completed. All of HostNexus servers located at the DedicatedNow datacenter, are now in our own private racks and routers. This will allow us faster server response times and more importantly, no more sharing router resources with other DedNow clients!

If you experience any issues since this move, please be sure to open a support ticket so we can check it out.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation through this important task.

Mike,
You and your staff have been working hard the last couple days. In another thread, Nexdog stated:
"...most plans will be revamped and limits boosted as industry standards have changed dramatically in the last 18 months. ...."
Since Im about to change webhosts from my current one (to whom is still undecided but HN is a possibility) Im interested in what and when the plans will be revamped. Do you know how and when and if they will in fact be revamped? Thanks very much.

Just a note to add to anyone who's server is not listed, if you're not sure where your server is at, do a traceroute (open command, type "tracert ww.domain.com") and if the next-last IP address resolved to fortress-itx then it should have moved.

I had a server that wasn't moved (only set up very recently, so probably missed off the planning list), but worth just double checking.
