Photon Update

Hello,

The chkdsk is complete on drive D but we are facing problems with the C system partition and we decided to run another chkdsk on that drive also.

The C partition is a lot smaller in size so this shouldn't take very long.

Thank you.

Thumbs up no mail

The total PHOTON outage of email is causing problems for my business.

Can you estimate when mail could be restored? A date/time relative to GMT would be appreciated as I live in United Kingdom.

Also, can you state if any emails sent to me during the outages will be recoverable, or if lost.

Hello,

All the mails will be in the external mail server and they will be resent when the server is back online.

Unfortunately we do not have an ETA since the KVM unit is in maintenance at the DC and we cannot see the progress since the server was rebooted to check the C drive.

Thank you.

Photon Up

Hello,

Photon is up and running with all services and no errors were present in the system log about the hard drive.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this period of time.
