Thawte SSL Certificates Installed

Servers - Beta, Gamma, Delta and Epsilon have all been secured with Thawte certs.

Beta - https://www.control-access7.com:8443
Gamma - https://www.control-access12.com:8443
Delta - https://www.control-access14.com:8443
Epsilon - https://www.control-access16.com:8443

Resellers, if you want to create a PSA login on your sites, then you can make a form like this and receive no security pop ups:

Obviously inserting the right number for you control-access.

or does it have to be the control acsess one?

Control-access.com is installed at server level so only that will work.

Using the yourdomain.com login for Plesk will actually work Static, but because the URL doesn't match the certificate, you'll get the security pop-up warning.

Us alpha's have had a Thawte certificate for some time now - our address for logging in is https://www.control-access.com:8443/

Actually, it should be noted that the links in Laurence's post above won't work if you just click on them.

You must type https:// before the www part - note the 's', which secures the link.
