Problem with e-mails

I have Nexus reseller account (Hadron) for 2 and half years. Support and service is great but only problem is functionality of e-mail. From time to time we have problems with sending and receiving e-mails and 90 percent of all complains from my costumers is for e-mail functionality. Today one of my costumer can’t send e-mails and all incoming e-mails are bounced. We have same situation before two weeks and this time my costumer is very angry because he can’t get orders from their customers. I send ticket before few hours, but problem is still here...

I’m working in web design company and I have experience with lots of hosting companies. Nexus is my favorite in most cases, but e-mail is sometimes weak spot.

Just check the change has been made; some of this change is to try to prevent e-mail attacks, so let's hope it improves for you.

No, hadron is windows server where we alredy use this e-mail settings. The biggest problem is bouncing all incoming e-mails to sender and mailbox is empty.
