Question Account Change

I have emailed accounts @ hostnexus .com twice about upgrading my account and have not gotten a response. I am not in a hurry but since they are probably not getting my emails, what is the next best way to handle it?

That might work, if they are actually receiving my emails. I don't have much faith in email anymore.

I guess it is time for me to pick a new package.

I will have to think about it but first I need to go on vacation.

It's number one on my to do list when I get back.
