Back up database

I know we can (and should) back up our database/s
Could some kindly person direct me to the relevant spot in our plesk panel where I can export a db? I have looked around in there, but fail to see where I can do this

I believe this tutorial is still relevant:

http://www.hostnexus.com/support/tutorials/phpmyadmin/

Edit: Had to update the tutorial to bring it up to date for the version of Plesk and PhpMyAdmin.

Edit: Updated this to reflect the correct updated location for these tutorials.

Haven't done any other updating yet. That'll begin either tonight or tomorrow. I'll be updating old ones and adding new ones

Edit: Restore tutorial updated. Had to correct an error on the backup that would cause an error on restore. The "Add drop table" needed to be checked otherwise it would not restore if the tables were still there. The tables need to be dropped and created again to restore properly.

Edit: All phpmyadmin tutorials updated

Noticed I left a few unnecessary items near the top of the tutorial so they have now been removed. Otherwise, the tutorial is still current. Glad you were able to use it

Now ... another step (one giant step for me and a small step for the rest of you)

Oke Doke. I have backed up all my dbs regularly but now .. I want to put a databse that I have downloaded into another place.

Do I make a database in the new place and then upload? (well of course I do but..)

The database has a name, so I make a new database in the new place and call it by that name ?

Then I upload via webadmin, the db that I downloaded from elsewhere, into the new place?

Am I right so far?
