My first atempt with OSC

A work friend was setting up a business and wanted to use OSC>
So I put a hand up to help out and the following is the first draft,

One thing he wanted but I have not been able to work out is a
custom shipping module that will give every single item its own
table a shipping rates dependant on which state in Australia they
will be shipped to. So, at the moment he has the Request a Shipping
Quote module installed.

Feedback would be great.

I'm no OSCommerce expert but at first glance it looks "okay" but I have seen some amazing OSCommerce sites. You can get really nice templates and pay for modifications or get cheap skins made. My hobby is sal****er aquariums and I use this site quite alot which gives you an indication of what is possible with this script.

love how the "rude word" filter killed the salt-water part buy taking out the t-wat. At work when they first gave us access to the net we couldn't get thru to sextant technologies (avionics equipment)
Yeah, a new template would be much better but this was me testing the waters for the first time with OScommerce.
I did the same with phpBB...and now my site a a nice layout(www.mousedroid.com/forum/) that matches my newspage (www.mousedroid.com)

For your purpose, you should find the first URL the most usefull.

thanks for the links....the shipping module looks like I will need to make a hybred of two. pre product and zone...essentially makeing shipping tables for eachproduct dependant upon Aus-State.
