ColdFusion Pre-req's

Hi all,

I'm setting up a payment gateway using ColdFusion and the payment processor states the following;

Integration Requirements for ColdFusion®
If you choose ColdFusion® as your development language, you will require the following:

ColdFusion server running on a Windows operating system.
Access to process (CFOBJECT).
Administrator rights to configure the server.


Installation
Copy ssleay32.dll AND libeay32.dll to the %ROOT%/system32 directory (C:\WINNT\system32\).
Copy LPICOM_6_0.dll to the %ROOT%/system32 directory (C:\WINNT\system32\).
Register the LPICOM_6_0.dll. (regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\lpicom_6_0.dll).

Is the server already configured, or will the tech support team work with me in order to ensure I can use this particular payment processor? I'm using Linkpoint International, and the site is at www.yourpay.com.

This will most likely not be able to be done. I don't think they would put custom DLL's in a shared environment.

Since you are using linkpoint, why not just use the "Linkpoint Connect API". It is forms based and requires no DLL or custom tag usage. YourPay's version is called "YourPay Connect".

Look under "Sending Transactions to the Gateway -> Sending Orders via HTML Forms"

May simplify things for you.
