I have been a freelance web developer for close to 10 years, and the biggest hassle in running my business has always been lack of support, knowledge, and adequate servers from the multitudes of hosting companies I have contracted with in the past. About 4 or 5 months ago, I switched all of my accounts over to your CF Extreme package, and my life has become quite easy. With a complicated CF application running with decent traffic, we rarely have run into any issues. On the rare occasion that we do run into a glitch, I put in a support ticket, and it is always answered within 30 minutes. I can't tell you how much easier you have made my life.
