Their ease of DNS configuration; Uptime is unsurpassed, No cheesey banners ads; Help Forums; Plesk software-lets me manage my sites like a professional; and they even have LIVE help. I've been very happy with the support and their availability through "live help" for those times when there is something that just can't be explained in ticket format. I've learned a lot with the value added services not available with many hosts out there. The community forum is great and very supportive. The control panel gives me freedom to move forward in a project without having to waiting for tech support to set up domains, pop accounts, databases etc. At previous hosts I would wait many hours or days for a support request that I can easily handle here myself immediately.
