the companies that I am researching? These are common questions asked in pre-sales
communications and also some of the most pertinent any potential client can ask of a web
host. The ability to stand-out from the crowd due to positive points found in a service is
a rare and important quality in an online company trading in a somewhat saturated market.
The fact is that there are a lot of hosts and new hosts are springing up every day. Excellent uptime, good customer service and a fantastic array of features are simply par for the course in this modern age of web hosting. In this age of instant communication, if a host doesn't provide such things they rarely last long and online social networks can spread the word literally at the speed of light. The same announcements are posted on our forum. If there is a network wide announcement all clients are notified on our main list. We also publish a monthly newsletter which oftens sums up the last month and announces new features or services and general news, tips and information. We have our own contribution to the blogosphere penned by yours truly which I use to go into hosting related issues in more detail and receive feedback from our client base.
