I'm so totally sure she's personally cracking wise like, that's hot man.. it's a fantasy, not a harmful one but sorta sad. The only business model is for the marketing people writing the Tweets. I agree with most of what you said, but I still feel Twitter is a very powerful tool. 70% of Twitter is ME ME ME, but what about the people that are YOU YOU YOU.
