Tonight in just over 12 hours we will undertake what we hope will be the final stage of maintenance on Magnon. Although stability has improved the server is still slow and we believe the Raid controller to be the cause of this. So at 3.15am tonight US EST we will replace the card and rebuild the array. The server should be down for 30 minutes or so but do allow for longer just in case there are unforseen issues. The Raid array then has to rebuild so the server will be slow for a few hours while that happens. After this is done we’ll assess the performance and see if anything else needs to be done (like a Plesk/CF reinstall). This is for MAGNON server only.

Magnon’s problems as a whole are not resolved and customers are leaving me. Please create a Magnon forum and update us.
