As I mentioned earlier this month we are replacing Positron with a newer, faster server. We have moved the last CF accounts off the server and the new Positron will no longer support ColdFusion. Right now we are taking the old server down and rebooting the new server which will route traffic to the new machine. Please take a look at your websites to make sure that everything is okay. Sometimes custom permissions don’t migrate exactly and we need to reset some things but we will respond quickly if you file a ticket for any issues.
A little later today we will upgrade to MailEnable Professional which includes IMAP (neccessary for handheld devices like iPhones and BlackBerrys and Sent folders in webmail.
You will notice stored mail is missing. We always restore this after by mounting the old drives into a USB device and connecting directly so the mail will be back within 12 hours. Including mail in server migrations just delays everything by up to 24 hours. This way the other data is fresh but if you notice any missing files (updated in the last 12 hours), please let us know so we can copy them over too.
Many thanks for your co-operation.

I would assume that this is causing the issues with webmail@xxx.xxx and once the new mailenable and transition is complete, that all the webmail for the associated domains will once again work?? Or do we need to make custom DNS entries, or perform any maintenance on our end.
Thanks in advance!

No, webmail should work right now. If it isn’t, please let us know and we will fix it.
