Currently there is an outage at our data center. All I know is that everything in the building is down and network engineers are working to resolve the issue. Hopefully will not be too long!
UPDATE:
The outage was over shortly after my last post. I have been told by the data technicians that I need to wait till later in the day for an official announcement explaining what happened. When I know more I’ll just post here and in the forums rather than mail again. Thanks for your attention and happy new year to you all.

Yes, the data center went down again for 20-30 minutes. This is very, very unusual. I can’t remember the last time we had a full network outage - maybe 5 years ago when the facility was first set up? Anyhow, everything is up again but it seems a bit unstable. I look forward to hearing from the data center as to the nature of these outages.

Yeah, I can’t remember this happening before and we’ve been with you for years. I’m just happy both our servers didn’t actually crash at the same time!
